The website laaklaai.com (“Laaklaai”) is operated by Maeranie 2022 Co.,Ltd.. By using the site you agree to these terms.

1. Our service

Laaklaai is an online marketplace connecting buyers with sellers of Thai-made goods. We act as an intermediary and curator, not as the manufacturer or owner of the products.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

3. Sellers and curation

Shops are reviewed and approved before selling. Sellers are responsible for product accuracy, fulfilment and legal compliance. We may suspend shops that violate these terms.

4. Orders and pricing

Prices are shown in Thai Baht (base currency) and may be displayed in other currencies for reference. An order is complete once payment is confirmed.

5. Payments

We accept secure methods such as PromptPay and credit/debit cards via a licensed payment provider (2C2P or Xendit). We do not store your card data on our servers.

6. Intellectual property

Content, branding and images belong to Laaklaai or the relevant sellers and may not be used without permission.

7. Limitation of liability

We work to maintain quality and accuracy but are not liable for indirect damages beyond what the law requires.
